Özet
İnsanlar için, anlattıkları kutsal olan ya da kutsal kabul edilen mitler insanların ihtiyaçları sonucunda ortaya çıkmaktadırlar. Evrenin, dünyanın ve insanoğlunun nasıl yaratıldığı kadar, bunların sonunun nasıl olacağı da mitlerin önemli bir konusunu oluşturmaktadır. Mitolojinin bir türü olan eskatoloji de kuşkusuz kutsal olanla iç içedir, bu sebeple dünyanın yaratılışı ile ilgili mitler gibi dünyanın sonu ile ilgili mitler de insanlar için kutsaldır. Bu durumun da en yaygın anlatmaları eskatoloji mitleridir. Dünyanın yenilenmesi ile ilgili uyarılar kendisini en belirgin biçimde Tufan mitlerinde göstermektedir bu sebeple eskatoloji mitleri ile tufan mitleri arasındaki ilişki net bir şekilde kendisini hissettirmektedir. Geleneksel toplumlar kutsal olanın rehberliği altında kendilerine bir dünya kurmaktadırlar. Kurdukları bu dünya kutsal olanın koyduğu kurallar üzerine varlığını devam ettirmekte, bu dünya üzerinde yaşayan insanlar da inanış, düşünüş ve uygulamalarıyla kuralları geliştirip olgunlaştırarak yaşamları içerisine öncelikle sözlü ortamda daha sonraki dönemlerde ise yazılı olarak sokmaktadırlar. Toplumlara, bozdukları bu kuralların cezası da yaratıcı tarafından ahlaki ve toplumsal alanda yani dünyada verilecektir. Bu makalede Türklerin dünyanın sonuyla ilgili tasavvurlarını mitolojilerine nasıl yansıttıkları, eskatoloji mitlerinin konusu, Türk eskatoloji mitlerinin mitoloji içerisindeki yeri ve Türk eskatoloji mitlerine bağlı olarak Türk tufan mitlerinden örnekler verilmiş ve incelenmiştir

Abstract
Myths which are sacred or admitted as sacred for humans arise from the needs of people. The end of the universe, World and humans is as important part of the myths as the creation of these. Eschatology Myths are also interwined with the holy one so the myths related to the end of the World are also sacred for the people like the myths about the creation of the World. The most common narratives of this case is Eschatology Myths. The warnings related to the regeneration of the World show themselves clearly in the Cataclysm Myths. For this reason the relationship between Eschatology Myths and Cataclysm Myths make itself felt strongly. Traditional societies create a World for themselves under the guidance of the holy one. The World they established continue to exist under the rules laid down by the holy one. The people living on this World develops these rules by their beliefs, thinking and applications. First of all they put these rules into their lives as oral environment, and then as a writings at a later period. Communities broke those rules will get their punishment by the creator in moral and social felds meaning on this World. In this article how Turks re?ected their imagination of the end of the World in their myths, subjects of the eschatology myths, the place of the Turk Eschatology Myths in Mythology and the examples taken from the Turk Cataclysm Myths dpending the Turk Eschatology Myths are given and studied
